Staff Nurse
Job Description
Zensai Wellness is seeking compassionate and committed Staff Nurses to assist with personal and clinical care of patients in our psychiatric care setting.
Minimum Requirements: o Diploma in Nursing o Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) o SAPS Clearance Certificate
Knowledge & Skills: o Basic nursing procedures and personal care techniques o Monitoring of vital signs and assisting with mobility o Effective communication and team collaboration o Documentation and hygiene practices.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: o Assist patients with daily care routines and mobility o Monitor and record vital signs and patient responses o Provide basic support in therapeutic sessions o Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the ward
