The Role:
Genesys is hiring a professional for a Sr Account Executive role in the Enterprise African Market team, to address respective markets with our CX portfolio. At Genesys, our Sr Account Executive are the catalyst behind the growth and success of the company and carry responsibility for all sales opportunities across the Enterprise business segments. In this role you act as a consultative sales professional, take ownership for dedicated key accounts, position the full Genesys solution portfolio, develop and manage a sales pipeline, secure net-new business and drive revenue growth in a defined key account setup. In co-working with other Account Executives as well as a Sales Leader & Coach you will learn from experienced Genesys Employees as part of a verticalized Sales Team.
The Sr Account Executives main goal is to achieve an annual sales target together with his AE colleagues by converting as many key account opportunities into won business as possible. Once an opportunity has been closed, the Account Teams role is to engage with the appropriate internal cross functional team (PS, CSM, TAM and Renewal Team) to help manage the initial phases of post-sales support and ensure the implementation is set up accordingly.
