Qualifications & Experience:
-National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in administering Microsoft SQL Servers, SQL scripting, big-data, and business intelligence applications.
-Proven experience as a SQL Database Administrator, specifically with MsSQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and DBMS.
-Prior experience working with ERP applications and systems.
-Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
-Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
-Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Python, Visual Basic, C#, PHP
-Experience with database backup and recovery strategies.
-Familiarity with database security and access controls

Responsibilities:
-Installation and Configuration: Install and configure database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).

-Capacity Planning : Forecast future database capacity requirements. Plan for scalability and growth.
-Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve database-related issues. Provide support for database-related incidents
-Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders.
-System Design: Design software solutions, including architecture, modules, and interfaces.
-Create technical specifications and documentation.
-Coding and Programming: Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code. Implement software solutions according to design specifications.
-Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
