Job Description
Role: Spraybooth Manager
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
What youll do:
- Supervise a team of spray painters and prep workers
- Plan daily tasks and keep production on schedule
- Check quality of prep work and finished items
- Keep tools, stock, and equipment in order
- Enforce safety and PPE rules
- Someone firm but fair with strong people skills
- Good at organising, problem-solving, and leading by example
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Workshop or spray painting experience is a plus, but not required
