Sports Administrator
to join our dynamic sports department, from

Minimum Requirements
A relevant qualification in
Sport Administration, Physical Education, or Coaching
.
SACE registration
(or eligibility).
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a similar role within a school or sports environment.
Excellent
administrative, organisational, and communication
skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and relevant
sports management software
.

Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:
Serve as
Manager-in-Charge (MIC)
of
Tennis
and a
Winter Sport
, including programme management and logistics.
Coach
teams across various age groups with enthusiasm and expertise.
Manage
communication
with parents, staff, and learners in a professional, timely manner.
Oversee and coordinate
outsourced coaches
, ensuring quality and alignment with the school's ethos.
Support
budgeting, planning, and administration
of sports fixtures, tours, and events.

Teach Physical Education
in the Preparatory School (Grades 1-7).
