Sponsorship Sales Executive

About the Role

As a Sponsorship (Spex) Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating sponsorship revenue across our retail events and platforms. You'll engage directly with senior decision-makers from top-tier companies, crafting compelling partnership packages that align with their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and close new sponsorship opportunities for events within the Retail Portfolio Use proven lead generation methods to find and attract the right prospects Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations that meet client objectives Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation through to contract signing Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities Collaborate with the marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure high-value delivery for sponsors Track and report on sales performance and pipeline development

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2-3 years' experience

in B2B sponsorship or solution sales (preferably in the events industry) Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client needs and ROI goals Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus
