Job Summary Category Manager - Spirits - Leading Beverage Company, Bahrain Our client is a leading importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages in Bahrain operating in the retail, home delivery and on-trade sectors and they are now seeking an experienced Spirits Category Manager ( SCM) to join their team. With a cutting edge portfolio covering over 400 products from more than 50 international companies, the company represents some of the world's biggest developing brands. The SCM is responsible for overseeing and developing the spirits portfolio across all channels ( on trade, off trade and retail) in Bahrain. The role involves strategic portfolio management, market analysis and stakeholder collaboration to position the company as the premier destination for curated spirits collections Key requirements Minimum 5 years in spirits / category management or related commercial roles ( GCC experience preferred) Strong commercial acumen : pricing, margins, stock & depletion control. Extensive knowledge of spirts including premium brands, craft spirits and emerging categories. Confident presenter and trainer, capable of engaging staff and customers. Proficient with Salesforce/CRM, PowerBI/Tableau and Excel Excellent communication skills.
