Scope
Assessment, therapy, parent coaching, and program design.
Individual or small-group sessions.
Collaboration with clinicians, mentors, and caregivers.

Core Responsibilities
Conduct baseline and periodic speech-language assessments.
Set measurable goals and session objectives.
Deliver therapy for expressive/receptive language, speech sound production, social communication, literacy foundations, and AAC when indicated.
Develop mealtime/feeding plans where needed; risk screening; escalation pathways.
Create home programs; train caregivers; brief Therapy Assistant with written protocols.
Monitor progress with standardized and functional measures.
Maintain accurate notes, monthly summaries, and end-of-program reports.
Deliverables
Goal plan with baselines and targets.
Session notes within 24 hours.
Monthly progress summary.
Final outcomes report.

Experience / Qualification
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience with neurodivergent children preferred.

Occupational Therapist -- Independence, Participation, AccessPurpose
Build independence in self-care, learning, and daily routines. Improve participation in home and community contexts.
Scope
Functional assessment, therapy, environmental adaptation, and home program design.
Collaboration with clinicians and caregivers.
Documentation and outcomes reporting.
Core Responsibilities
Assess motor, sensory, self-care, and executive function skills.
Set goals and task-analysis ladders for routines (morning/evening, classroom tasks, community access).
Deliver therapy for fine/visual-motor, praxis, sensory modulation, handwriting, and executive skills.
Prescribe structured home programs and visual schedules; train caregiver and Therapy Assistant.
Recommend low-cost aids when indicated; define safe use and benefits.
Track outcomes with functional measures; adjust intervention intensity.
