Position Summary:

We are seeking a Specialist Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing Volkswagen vehicles, as well as a VW certification. The primary responsibilities of this role include performing maintenance and repairs on VW vehicles, conducting diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues, and providing high-quality service to customers.



Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's needs Stay current on VW technologies and updates through ongoing training and education Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of work orders


Qualifications:

Trade Certificate (Red Seal) VW certification required Minimum of [3] years of experience working on VW vehicles Strong understanding of VW vehicle systems and components Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record
