Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Technician with Jaguar LandRover certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues on Jaguar LandRover vehicles. The Specialist Technician will work closely with the service and repair team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.



Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests on Jaguar LandRover vehicles to identify and repair mechanical and electrical issues Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair problems efficiently and accurately Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure proper maintenance and repair procedures Complete repairs and services within established timeframes and quality standards Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used for each repair Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to explain repair recommendations and keep them informed throughout the repair process Stay current on Jaguar LandRover technology and updates through ongoing training and certification programs


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Jaguar LandRover certification as a Qualified Technician Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Jaguar LandRover vehicles Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record


Preferred Qualifications:

Trade certifications or training in automotive technology Experience working in a dealership or service center specializing in Jaguar LandRover vehicles
