A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Specialist: Strategy Monitoring and Evaluation
To monitor, analyse and report on the implementation and outcomes/results of the companys strategy with particular emphasis on the impact of the Bankxe2x80x99s development strategy.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- B Degree in Commerce, Finance or Business related field or environmental risk and management
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Corporate Strategy
- Integrated Reporting
- Agriculture or environmental management
- Developing and refining data collection tools
- Conducting and managing surveys
- Designing and conducting training
- 5 years experience in the monitoring and evaluation space preferably within a Development Finance Intuition of similar;
- 5 years experience in the corporate strategy planning and reporting environment
- 5 years experience in statistical analysis software like SPSS and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Microsoft Office
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Integrated reporting
- Technical writing
