Minimum 5 years' experience in retail Dedicated Sports Shooter Dedicated Hunter Range Officer
An active member of a shooting club or association
Need to have a Competency to possess a firearm
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Complete necessary SAP forms for ownership transfer.
Market products and services to selected customers.
Provide competitive pricing, discounts, and product information.
Ensure delivery and after-sales service.
Build and maintain client and customer databases.
Ensure proper handling and display of weapons.
Stay updated with legal requirements regarding weapons and ammunition.
Ensure weapons are securely stored and legal compliance is maintained.
Audit registers monthly and adhere to policies and procedures.
Regularly update administration related to weapons and ammunition.
Maintain accurate weapon and ammunition registers.
Achieve sales and margin targets according to budget.
Plan stock levels based on historical data.
Order and receive stock, ensure accurate counts and pricing, and conduct regular stock counts and minimise losses.
Prepare accurate and timely quotations, and follow up on outstanding quotations from suppliers and customers.
Ensure that stock is displayed according to merchandising standards and that shelves are clean and displays are relevant to seasonal needs.
Establish and maintain good customer relations and handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
