The Psychology team is multidisciplinary, and we have research psychologists, organisational psychologists and psychometrists. We are open to adapting the job title to be the most appropriate for the successful applicant (e.g., specialist organisational psychologist, specialist psychometrist).

The Role:

As a Specialist Research Psychologist, you'll sit at the heart of our innovation. You'll design and deliver high-impact research, validate and enhance our psychometric assessments and author impactful academic publications. Working cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Customer Experience teams, you'll help shape solutions that are academically robust, commercially relevant, and transformative for our customers.

Redefine what's possible

- lead research that pushes the boundaries of occupational psychology and psychometry.

Shape global standards

- ensure our assessments remain gold-standard, valid, and trusted worldwide.

Be a leading industry voice

- you will lead on the authoring of academic publications as well as partner with academic collaborators worldwide

Turn insight into impact

- design and test product features that change how organisations unlock human potential.

Bridge science and innovation

- apply behavioural science to make our AI-led products intuitive and adoption-ready.

Lead and inspire

- manage projects, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across functions to deliver outcomes that matter.

Requirements



About You



Strong academic writing and research skills. Proficient in SPSS, R, and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics). Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. Collaborative, innovative, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Educated to PhD or MSc + experience or BSc + extensive experience in psychology or psychometrics.
