Zensai Wellness - Specialist Psychiatric Professional Nurse Location: Mental Health and Wellness Centre
Zensai Wellness is seeking dynamic, energetic, and experienced Specialist Psychiatric Professional Nurses to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
Minimum Requirements: o Degree or Diploma in Nursing Science o Registration as a Psychiatric Nurse with the relevant regulatory body o Valid Driver's Licence o SAPS Clearance Certificate o Minimum of 2 years' experience in a psychiatric hospital or mental health facility
Knowledge & Skills: o Strong understanding of psychiatric nursing care and mental health disorders o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to function effectively in a multidisciplinary team o Competence in managing psychiatric emergencies and therapeutic interventions
Key Duties & Responsibilities: o Deliver evidence-based psychiatric nursing care to patients o Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans o Monitor patient progress and support recovery goals o Maintain clinical documentation and uphold safety standards o Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
Starting Salary: R16,000 per month
