Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Essential/Minimum). 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or contract management (Essential/Minimum). Certificate in First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable). Strong analytical skills and ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements. Experience in managing vendor performance and fostering supplier relationships. Familiarity with logistics innovations and drive for continuous improvement. Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in logistics. Proficiency in managing complex logistics contracts across multiple commodities. Capability in financial evaluation of tenders and procurement savings. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and optimise logistics contracts to ensure regulatory compliance and cost-efficiency. Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements with suppliers. Coordinate tender processes, including the evaluation and financial assessment of proposals. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards. Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive innovations and improve service quality. Conduct monthly reporting and analysis to support continuous improvement in logistics operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for supplier development and contract management. Identify opportunities for procurement savings and support implementation of best practices. * Maintain accurate records of contract modifications, compliance, and renewals.
