To provide specialized and defined strategic support, aligning with the Business Head's requirements and strategic objectives, in order to implement programmes, projects, and initiatives. This includes collating business plans, executing deliverables, tracking progress, and reporting on the achievement of strategic goals for RES Retail Real Estate Services and the broader Retail Real Estate Services Team.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A Degree in either Business Commerce or Information Technology.

• 3-4 years experience in Project co-ordination.
• 3-4 years Banking experience, with exposure to Real Estate.
• 3-4 years experience in Data analysis and analytics.
• 1-2 years experience in Change Management

• Contribute to the development, refinement and articulation of the Retail Real Estate Services and ensure alignment to the overall Real Estate Services strategy. Build and entrench relationships with stakeholders ensuring the involvement and support through the project lifecycle.
• Engage with project stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Collate data input from a variety of sources to enable reliable reporting and dashboards to enable monitoring and decision making across the Business Area.
• Maintain and coordinate the governance for various committees and forums within Retail Real Estate Services. Monitor and maintain data quality for the Real Estate Services Team to ensure high integrity data.
• Manage large information, Analyses and identify trends and document finding to assist with decision making. Contribute, agree and monitor the governance standards for data quality for the Real Estate Services function.
• Develop artefacts required to participate in their execution as appropriate and provide Real Estate Services functions with data requirements to support decision-making regarding square meter and cashflow requirements and various required forecasts. Provide and communicate the Real Estate Services strategic objectives to ensure they are well understood by the Retail Real Estate Services Team.
• Implement tactical plans, manage projects to operationalize the Group strategy within the Business Area to meet strategic objectives, and provide up-to-date and accurate reporting on defined progress and performance against the Retail Real Estate Strategy & Goals to ensure successful implementation.
