Delaire Graff Lodges & Spa & Indochine Restaurant is looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist & Reservations Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services and responding to relevant guestsxe2x80x99 queries, needs and expectations. This person will also be handling all reservations, inquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner for Indochine Restaurant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPA:

• Greeting, guiding, interacting and accompany guests;
• Reception duties xe2x80x93 telephone calls, service to walk-ins, answering questions, providing information;
• Scheduling of appointments and process payments;
• Promote services, discounts and products;
• Manage guest feedback;
• Keeping guest records & other administrative duties;
• Processing and packaging online sales.

INDOCHINE RESTAURANT:

• Handle & confirm all reservations & events enquiries;
• Manage quotes, invoices and payments;
• Coordinate with the Front Office team with regards to guest needs;
• Coordinate with Events Coordinators on event enquiries and scheduled events for Indochine;
• Pre-arrival confirmations/cancellations with guests, Head Chef and Manager;
• Handle deposit payments.

Reporting Lines:

• Reports to both Spa HOD & Indochine HOD

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Preferably 2-3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in reservations/admin & spa receptionist
• Excellent phone etiquette & English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to use MS office package to process and store information
• Advantageous: Relevant diploma in aesthetics, experience with Shedul Spa reservations system and Dineplan, knowledge of beauty products
• Excellent multitasking, organisational skills
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments
• Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
• Personal and professional fortitude
• Well-presented and pristine appearance
