Job Description
5 star spa in Kempton Park is hiring a 3 in 1 Spa Therapist/Manager/Front Desk Coordinator. Dealing mostly with international clients. Candidate must be able to start immediately.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Beauty Diploma
- CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
- 2 - 3 year experience as Spa Therapist massage, facials, manicures, pedicure, waxing, body wraps
- 1 year minimum Manager experience
- Excellent retail skills
- Good client care and communicator
- Target driven, self-motivator
- Microsoft Office proficient, eg. as Word, Excel
- Knowledge of ESP, advantageous
- Well-spoken and presentable
- Good time-keeping
- Passionate for beauty industry
- Duties include management of the spa, doing occasional treatments
- Commission earned on services and retail sales
- Negotiable salary
- Flexible to work shift hours between 9am - 6pm
- One off weekend per month
- Should be able to attend morning meetings with Hotel HODxe2x80x99s
- Spa operating hours: 8am xe2x80x93 9pm (Mondays xe2x80x93 Sundays)
- Will be working either 8am xe2x80x93 5pm or 12pm till 9pm (7 to 8 days off a month)
