REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant qualification in aesthetics - Masters Diploma in Aesthetician; ITEC; CIDESCO or SAAHSP
- 5 years experience
- Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies, advanced facials and holistic body treatments
- Passionate about healing and wellness
- Basic computer skills
- Well Groomed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Delivery of a variety of spa services: body treatments, facials, massages, waxing and micro-needling
- Acknowledge and respond to guests queries, needs and expectations
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
- Being knowledgeable about all spa therapies and retail
- Maintain Equipment
- Keep a clean and stocked room
- Make sure all displays are presented fresh, clean and eye-catching
- Make sure that the guest has the best experience and stay
- Able to provide standard treatments to guest
