Professional and efficient delivery of variety of spa services in a safe and comfortable manner including body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, gel application, micro-needling.



Maintain equipment.



Keep documentation and maintain client's files on Schedule.



Keep a clean and stocked room.



Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.



Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.



Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.



Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues.



Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.



Anticipating the guests' needs and preferences.



Understands social etiquette and formal service.



Being knowledgeable about all spa therapies and retail.



Problem solving and "get it done" attitude.



Make sure that the guest has the best possible experience and stay.



To provide spa standard treatments to guests.



Make sure that all displays are presented fresh, clean and eye catching.



Be very knowledgeable about the spa product /experience.



GRADE 12 and RELEVANT QUALIFICATION IN AESTHETICS ie. MASTERS DIPLOMA IN AESTHETICIAN ; ITEC; CIDESCO or SAAHSP;



Minimum 2 - 3 YEARS SPA THERAPIST EXPERIENCE;



Practical experience in MASSAGE TECHNIQUES, MANICURES, PEDICURES, WAXING AND FACE/BODY THERAPIES, ADVANCED FACIALS, HOLISTIC BODY TREATMENT, etc.;



Passionate about healing and wellness;



Trustworthy;



Impeccably groomed;



User level computer skills;



Fluent in English;



Ability to work independently and under pressure;



Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
