MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * South African citizen

Beauty Specialist (ITEC) / Health & Skin Care Therapist / Cosmetology / Somatologist Diploma (minimum 1 year qualification)
ITEC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds / CIBTAC / BABTAC - bonus
Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

EXPERIENCE: * Bushveld / Lodge OR Resort Spa experience preferred

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: * Friendly, professional and well groomed

Confident to perform face, body and basic nail treatments
Performs exemplary professional treatments in accordance with Company protocols.
Consistently meet and exceed set revenue targets, including minimum 15% Retail to Turnover.
Projects enthusiasm for working in a multi-cultural environment resulting in a positive and healthy team culture.
Excellent verbal communication skills to confidently promote the spa and engage with guests.
Dedicated to own health and wellness to positively commit to the role, responsibilities, and wellbeing of the team.
