Location: Grahamstown, Eastern Cape Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Benefits: Live-in position Key Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments to guests, ensuring service excellence at all times. Maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere within the spa and treatment areas. Ensure that all treatments are performed to the highest standard in accordance with lodge protocols. Provide personalised advice and product recommendations to guests where appropriate. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control in all spa areas. Support the wider lodge team in creating a seamless guest experience. Candidate Requirements Fully qualified spa therapist with recognised beauty or wellness certifications. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a luxury spa or 5-star lodge/hotel environment. Candidates must be able to speak and understand Afrikaans fluently. Excellent guest interaction and communication skills. Professional; well-groomed, and service-orientated. Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest care. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit hospitality team. Flexible and willing to assist in other guest-facing areas when required.
