Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy xe2x80x93 Spa Therapist Luxury Lodge xe2x80x93 Kwa-Zulu Natal Requirements:

• At least 3 years previous experience in a lodge/hotel/resort/spa as a therapist, or receptionist/reservationist
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Friendly, bubbly and always willing to assist.
• Confident in selling treatments and product.
• Extremely well groomed, Neat & Organized
• Good telephone etiquette
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) highly beneficial
• Computer literate xe2x80x93 MS office, Excel, Outlook (Essential)
• Must have knowledge in Semper
• Driverxe2x80x99s License
• South African Citizen
• CIDESCO xe2x80x93 International Qualification essential
• CIBTAC xe2x80x93 UK Qualification
• SAAHSP xe2x80x93 South African Qualification, preferable
• Must have extensive massage experience.
• Experience in hosting guests at mealtimes would be an advantage.

• Primarily massage/holistic body treatments
• Basic facials and other beauty treatments on a small scale i.e. waxing
• Cover each spa in rotation with other therapists.
• Be flexible and move between lodges.
• Ensure all treatments are charged accordingly.
• Monitor and maintain the standards with another therapist.
• Work with the team and support where needed.
• Assist in lodge operations when not occupied with guests, includes hosting guests.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene in line with statutory requirements.

• Salary will depend on experience and qualifications (R6000.00 - R8500.00)
• Package is inclusive Accommodation, Meals on duty, Laundry service, Transport to and from our lodge to the staff accommodation, WIFI, Uniform).
• Commission structure which is on a sliding scale depending on their sales - 10-20%.
