Key Responsibilities

1. Massage & Body Treatments

Perform a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and specialized therapeutic treatments. Deliver body treatments such as body scrubs, wraps, exfoliation, and detoxifying therapies.

2. Facial & Skincare Treatments

Conduct professional facials using prescribed skincare brands. Analyse skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.

3. Intimate Waxing (Mandatory Requirement)

Perform intimate waxing for male & female clients, including Hollywood, Brazilian, and Bikini waxing. Ensure client comfort, confidentiality, and adherence to industry hygiene and safety standards. Maintain expert knowledge on waxing techniques, after-care advice, and infection control.

4. Client Consultation

Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, allergies, concerns, and contraindications. Recommend suitable treatments and customise services to individual client requirements.

5. Skincare, Wellness & After-Care Advice

Educate clients on skincare routines, home-care products, and wellness practices. Offer personalised after-care guidance for all treatments performed.

6. Product Sales

Promote and recommend spa retail products to support client results and enhance treatment outcomes. Achieve monthly retail and treatment upsell targets where applicable.

7. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the treatment rooms and spa areas. Comply with all health, safety, and industry hygiene protocols, especially regarding waxing and skin-contact treatments.

8. Appointment & Time Management

Manage daily bookings, adhere to treatment schedules, and ensure punctual client flow. Prepare treatment rooms ahead of bookings and ensure readiness for each client.

9. Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with spa colleagues to ensure a cohesive, professional, and client-focused environment. Support team members where needed during busy periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

National or International Diploma/Certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Somatology, or related field (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent preferred). Proven experience in intimate waxing (minimum Hollywood & Brazilian). Strong interpersonal, client care, and communication skills. Ability to provide a calm, welcoming, and premium-quality service. Knowledge of spa treatments, anatomy & physiology, skincare, and wellness techniques. Professional appearance and adherence to spa dress code and grooming standards. Previous experience in a spa, salon, or wellness centre is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required
