In this role, you will deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, ensuring every guest enjoys a restorative and memorable experience, while working closely with the team to uphold the highest standards of service and overall guest journey.

• Provide a range of spa and beauty treatments
• Customise services to guests needs with a focus on quality
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and professional standards
• Recommend products based on up-to-date knowledge
• Assist with reception, bookings, and guest enquiries
• Work with the team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience

Experience Required:

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in the same or similar role
• Minimum five years experience in a professional spa or salon
• Previous front office or reception experience
• Recognised aesthetic qualifications
• Skilled in performing a full range of spa treatments, including advanced skincare, body, and nail therapies
• Proficient in computer use with knowledge of booking systems
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English with strong communication skills
• Flexible to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Professional, well-presented, and a reliable team player with a positive attitude
