Job Title: Spa Therapist

Location: The Epitome Spa & Wellness (Opening soon inside Addo Elephant National Park)

The Epitome is seeking a passionate, professional, and experienced Spa Therapist to join our luxury wellness team. This role is ideal for a therapist who embodies excellence, warmth, and attention to detail, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, mani & pedi, and beauty treatments in line with The Epitome's standards Conduct professional client consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable treatments and homecare Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room preparation Deliver consistently high-quality service with a focus on guest comfort, care, and satisfaction Uphold spa policies, protocols, and luxury service standards at all times Accurately manage treatment records, client feedback, and product usage Promote and recommend spa retail products and services where appropriate Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations Handle clients with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Minimum Requirements:

Somatology Degree or Diploma Diploma in Beauty Therapy Minimum of 4 years' working experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare, and body treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-groomed, professional, and client-focused Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
