Spa Supervisor

to support the daily operation of its world-class spa and wellness facilities. This role is ideal for a warm, polished and guest-obsessed individual who thrives in a refined, holistic wellness environment.

What You'll Do

Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in overseeing all spa facilities, treatment rooms and relaxation areas Deliver warm, anticipative and personalised service aligned with luxury spa standards Supervise spa therapists and wellness colleagues, ensuring consistent service excellence Assist with recruitment, scheduling, performance reviews and on-the-job training Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, spa products, wellness offerings and fitness facilities Ensure smooth daily operations including bookings, guest flow and treatment coordination Monitor inventory levels, stock usage and operational administration Ensure strict adherence to spa brand standards, health and safety regulations and hygiene protocols Handle guest queries, provide accurate information and support an environment of tranquillity and wellness Uphold professional grooming, service etiquette and guest confidentiality at all times

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 years leadership experience in the spa or wellness industry Strong guest relations skills with a warm, polished and professional presence Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide, train and support a team Knowledge of spa treatments, products and wellness concepts Ability to work flexible hours and operate with minimal supervision Formal spa, beauty or wellness qualification advantageous Experience in luxury hospitality preferred High level of personal presentation and service commitment
