Spa Receptionist - 5-Star Establishment
We are looking for a
professional, motivated, and polished Spa Receptionist
to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate will beorganized, personable, and experienced in working within a 5-star environment
.Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a
5-star spa or hospitality environment
.Knowledge of spa brands and treatments
. Proficiency withspa software systems
. Strongcomputer literacy
and administrative skills. Excellentverbal and written communication
skills. Professional and polished appearance and demeanor.Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting clients in a warm, professional manner. Managing bookings, payments, and vouchers efficiently. Handling
opening and closing procedures
of the spa. Maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at the reception. Providing excellentcustomer service
