The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the salon.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting clients in a warm and professional manner Managing appointment scheduling and ensuring optimal utilization of team resources Handling phone calls, emails & inquiries Coordinating with team to ensure a seamless client experience Assisting with payment processing Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment Upholding company policies and procedures & quality standards Demonstrating a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service Stock Taking
Qualifications:
3+ years in a similar environment working consistently in a similar role Nail Technician / Beauty Therapy qualification Computer Literate; including Microsoft Office FRESHA advantageous Excellent organisational skills Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Well-groomed and presentable Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure Positive attitude, team player and willingness to go the extra mile Knowledge of the beauty industry essential Willingness to step in and perform duties as a backup therapist as and when required
