- Seeking an experienced & ambitious fully qualifiedSPA MANAGER-ON-DUTY / SENIOR SPA THERAPIST
for an Upmarket Day SpaBeauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Minimum 2 years' experience as Spa Manager / Assistant Manager .
Minimum 4 years experience as a Spa Therapist
Computer Literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency, especially Excel.
Spa Software knowledge and good sales skills are advantageous
Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps, Gel Nails
Require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team.
Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.
Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.
Must be mature, responsible, passionate and target driven
Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.
Strong verbal and written communication
Must be a Team player, reliable, energetic, goal driven and well-spoken.
Strong leadership skills
One off weekend per month
Hours: 8am - 8pm -
Shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8
Market related basic salary, commission and performance incentives.
