Job Summary Spa Facilitators Co-Ordinator (Seasonal) | Luxury Hotel | Cape Town Salary: R10,000 Negotiable DOE Contract Dates: 1 October - 28 February Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Spa Facilitators Co-Ordinator to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town for the upcoming season. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of spa operations and supporting both therapists and guests to create an exceptional spa experience. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate spa schedules, treatments, and staff allocations Assist with managing daily operations of the spa facility Provide administrative support to spa management and therapists Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests Oversee stock control and ensure spa areas are maintained to the highest standard Requirements: Previous experience in spa or hospitality administration preferred Spa therapy experience would be advantageous Strong organisational and communication skills Professional and well-presented demeanour Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays This seasonal position offers the opportunity to work within a luxury hospitality environment while ensuring exceptional service delivery to guests.
