Spa Manager | Business Manager





We are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual for a Spa Manager role at a successful and well established spa in Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for a business management graduate with at least three to five years of business management experience who is looking to build a long term career in the spa and wellness industry. Previous spa experience is not required.

The Spa Manager will be responsible for the complete spa business and all business aspects, with full accountability for financial performance, operations and people management, marketing and Sales.

Key responsibilities include:

Full responsibility for the overall performance and profitability of the spa

Managing budgets, forecasts and financial controls

Driving revenue growth, cost management and operational efficiency

Leading, motivating and developing the full spa team

Overseeing pricing, scheduling, stock control and supplier relationships

Ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction

What we are looking for

A degree in business management or a related field

At least three to five years of business management experience

Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills

Proven leadership and people management ability

A clear interest in hospitality and wellness and a desire to build a career in the spa industry
