Position Details:

Specialization: Southern Africa (Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique, Eswatini & Lesotho)

The Opportunity:
In this role, success is measured by your commercial impact and your ability to craft exceptional, profit-conscious itineraries that leave clients speechless.
You will be dealing with a global audience, requiring a sophisticated level of cultural awareness and the professional maturity to manage a complex sales pipeline independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform qualified inquiries into high-value bookings and long-term repeat business.
Deliver creative, well-structured, and personalized Southern African journeys.
Build immediate rapport with international HNW clients through high EQ and professional excellence.
Maintain an "on-the-pulse" understanding of regional lodge products, complex logistics, and seasonal nuances.
Independently manage your sales funnel while ensuring 100% accuracy in CRM updates and client proposals.
Work alongside management and support teams to uphold the brand's commitment to conservation and seamless service.
Qualifications & Experience:
Industry Tenure: Minimum 3-5 years in luxury travel, safari sales, or bespoke travel planning.
Regional Knowledge: Robust, firsthand knowledge of Southern Africa (specifically Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique).
Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Wetu, Tourplan, or similar luxury CRM/itinerary platforms.
Sales Acumen: Commercially minded with a sharp understanding of margins, conversion metrics, and profitability.
Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal); fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Dutch is a significant advantage.
Education: A tertiary qualification in Travel, Tourism, or Business is highly beneficial.
