You will join the culinary team of an exclusive fine dining restaurant within a luxury resort - a space known for its elegant, ingredient-focused cuisine and exceptional attention to detail. The role offers the perfect opportunity for a chef who truly loves cooking, thrives on creativity, and is eager to learn and advance under the guidance of an experienced Executive Chef. ?? A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation, and attention to detail. (All images will be checked to ensure ownership) Requirements Formal culinary qualification (diploma or degree) essential for work visa 2-3 years of experience in fine-dining kitchens. Proven ability to manage a section and lead a small team with confidence and professionalism. Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and fine-dining presentation. Creative flair with a focus on sustainability and local ingredients. Strong in kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality control and stock management Overseeing stock management, ordering, and cost control to maintain operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for the culinary arts.
