SUSHI SOUS CHEF An opening of a new Japanese Restaurant on a luxury Wine Estate is looking for a Sushi Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef to manage food stock and handle a wide range of ingredients, with attention to detail to fulfil quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Japanese cuisine. Ultimately, you will help the establish their reputation as one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area.
