Sous Chef - The above-mentioned position is available in the Hospitality Industry
A Sous Chef needed to manage day to day delivery of food production operation and culinary team within a specific outlet with the objectives of delivering quality culinary products. Your duties will include but not limited to consulting with Head Chef, determining the number of staff, controlling operational efficiencies and productivity, operating equipment and stock in line with the Company standards. We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and well-organised Sous Chef to provide our customers with an excellent experience.
Essential Education
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- 3+ Culinary Diploma or equivalent National Culinary Qualification at Diploma level
Essential Minimum Experience
- 5-6 years' experience and proven record in a hotel or restaurant kitchen environment of which at least 2years experience must have been as s Chef de Partie
- Ability to work shifts
