A Sous Chef needed to manage day to day delivery of food production operation and culinary team within a specific outlet with the objectives of delivering quality culinary products. Your duties will include but not limited to consulting with Executive Chef, determining the number of staff, controlling operational efficiencies and productivity, operating equipment and stock in line with the Company standards. We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and well-organised Sous Chef to provide our customers with an excellent experience.
