Requirements - Minimum 3-5 years as a Sous Chef in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment; previous 5-star experience highly advantageous. - Ability to lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. - Assist in creating innovative menus that reflect seasonal and local ingredients. - Strong understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and food cost management. - Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Comfortable working in a remote lodge environment with a flexible approach to guest needs. - Creative flair and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
