Our client, a prestigious 5-star luxury safari lodge nestled in the heart of Limpopo, is seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef eager to grow their skills in both pastry and hot kitchen sections while contributing to exceptional guest dining experiences.
Description
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef to deliver outstanding culinary offerings that match the luxury and exclusivity of the lodge. You will be involved in preparing high-quality dishes across multiple kitchen stations, including both pastry and hot sections, ensuring consistent excellence and creativity.

Package:

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a culinary role
• Proven experience within 5-star lodges or hotels
• Willingness and ability to work confidently in both pastry and hot kitchen sections
• Passionate about food, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a desire to grow within a dynamic kitchen environment
• Ready to start as soon as possible
