Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Sous Chef for an Award-winning 5* Luxury Lodge in a Private Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape. We are seeking a passionate chef with a keen eye for detail and passion for producing world-class dishes on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities will include:
- To provide courteous & efficient service.
- To provide support to the head chef.
- To assume full management responsibilities for the kitchen during the head chefxe2x80x99s absence.
- To be conversant, compliant & knowledgeable of all dietary requirements.
- To produce fine dining cuisine to create a culinary experience for your guests.
- Culinary Diploma.
- 2 xe2x80x93 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role
- Possession of valid driverxe2x80x99s license advantageous
