Job Summary Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy - Sous Chef Luxury Lodge - Lephalale, Limpopo We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and delivering consistently high culinary standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Relevant culinary qualification Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen regulations Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Good organisational and time-management skills Advantageous: Experience in a high-volume or fine dining establishment Knowledge of stock control and cost management Ability to contribute creatively to menu development Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage food costs Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times Support menu planning and development Step into the Head Chef's role in their absence when required Package on Offer: R18;000 - R25,000pm depending on experience Accommodation included Start date: ASAP
