Sous Chef - Eastern CapeJob SummaryEmployer DescriptionA 4 star 14 roomed game lodge located in the Addo Elephant Park in the Eastern Cape.Our client is seeking a Sous Chef for their 4* Game Lodge located in the Eastern Cape. Previous experience within a game lodge/lodge environment within a similar position is ideal. Duties will include preparation and presentation of meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as High Teas and Game Drive snacks. Cuisine offerings include Bush venue catering. Will assist with Menu planning, stock control, ordering of stock, management of junior staff, training, kitchen hygiene, guest relations. Previous experience within similar role required.QualificationsFormal Professional Cookery Qualification.SkillsCreative. Good and preparing and presenting good quality cuisine for all meal times. Previous experience within a similar role required.Salary / PackageR12000-R18000 Negotiable dependent on level of experienceBenefitsSingle Accommodation, Meal
