Job Summary Sous Chef | Dubai | New Opening RestaurantWe are seeking a passionate SOUS CHEF to lead this new, exciting joint-kitchen concept in Dubai. This unique role involves overseeing two distinct brands from a single kitchen: a dedicated New York-Style Pizza brand and a modern Breakfast Cafe menu. The ideal candidate will be a creative and skilled professional ready to manage the high-paced demands of both concepts in this new opening restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all kitchen operations for both the pizza and cafe concepts, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a seamless flowLead menu creation and development, while upholding the distinct identity and quality of each brand.Implement rigorous quality control standards for all ingredients, food preparation, and final dishes.Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment and maintaining high culinary standards.Directly participate in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared accurately and efficiently.Manage inventory and ordering, minimizing waste and controlling food costs.Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.Collaborate with management to develop new promotions and menu offeringsTroubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the kitchen, from equipment problems to staff concerns.Requirements:Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, with specific experience in both New York-style pizza and cafe/breakfast concepts.A certificate or diploma in culinary arts or a related fieldFluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with management.Must possess a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for travel and visa processing.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.In-depth knowledge of kitchen health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Salary Package:AED 8 - 9 000 - CTCJoining flights and visaSalary breakdown:60% Basic Salary30% Accommodation10% Transport allowanceTo apply for Sous Chef | Dubai | New Opening Restaurant, please send yourCV in WORD document WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND A FULL-LENGTH PHOTO INSERTED ON THE CV.We appreciate all applications.
