Sous Chef -Come and join our Brigade!

We're looking for a

driven Sous Chef

(with experience in preparing wood-fired dishes) to support our Head Chef and help deliver outstanding food that enhances every guest stay.

What You'll Do

Lead daily kitchen operations and step up when the Head Chef is away. Preparing

Neapolitan-style pizzas

. Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Support menu development and seasonal offerings. Mentor junior chefs and inspire a positive team culture. Assist with stock control, cost management, and smooth service delivery.

What We're Looking For

2+ years' experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices. A creative, organised, and motivated team player. MS Office proficiency. Passion for authentic cooking and
