Accommodation: Not Provided Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a premium Asian-inspired restaurant in St Francis. This role requires a culinary professional with leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to manage kitchen operations while delivering consistently exceptional cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution Prepare; cook, and present dishes to high-quality standards Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, maintaining discipline and motivation Monitor stock, ordering, and food cost control Ensure hygiene, safety, and kitchen operational standards are maintained Collaborate on menu development and new dish innovation Step in as acting Head Chef when required Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation Creative flair and passion for Asian cuisine Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Package & Benefits: Competitive salary, negotiable Professional; growth-oriented kitchen environment Work with a passionate culinary team in a premium setting
