The ability to lead a kitchen brigade under the Executive Chef, a positive attitude to motivate staff in order to achieve the best performance from each individual. the delivery of quality dishes and an amazing vibe from the entire team is fundemental. each customer that walks into the establishment needs to experience the atmosphere and more, from vibe to quality of food, with a never ending impression
Administrative tasks:
Stock take, variance reporting, new menu development, corrective action for staff, quality assurance for each dish that leaves the pass. Able to work various shifts early and late shifts included.

Responsibilities
Direct food preparation and service activities
Supervise kitchen staff's activities
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the "final touch"
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Excellent Communication and leadership skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
