Job Summary We have a couple of Lodges in Madikwe (4 and 5 Star) in the North West looking for Fine Dining experienced Sous Chefs. Previous experience in 4/5 Star busy Lodges with Fine Dining experience. Culinary diploma would be an advantage. Full driver's license and your own transport would also be an advantage but not essential. Please forward a full CV with food portfolio or 4-6 photos Only
