Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management
• Must have experience in supplier/vendor selection and management, contract negotiation, and cost management
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct market analysis, evaluate supplier performance, and develop strategic sourcing plans will be required
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is important for this role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluating supplier and vendor capabilities, performance, and risks to develop
• appropriate supplier selection and management plans.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations,
• logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
• of high-quality products.
• Negotiating and finalising supplier agreements, contracts, and pricing to achieve
• strategic goals and objectives.
• Monitoring supplier and vendor performance metrics, including delivery, quality,
• cost, and inventory levels.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing supply chain stability and reliability.
