Minimum 5 years of Sourcing experience and /or extensive experience negotiating Telecom projects with subcontractors Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Technology, or equivalent through experience. (MBA / Professional Procurement certification is a plus) Demonstrated leadership behaviors, including effectively guiding and influencing diverse teams without direct reporting authority. Entrepreneurial and strategic/commercial experience. Result oriented and stakeholder management Consultative skills, be able to orchestrate and enable efficient decision making Advanced knowledge of Sourcing Process and Strategy is an advantage. Experience in Telecommunications. Strong negotiation experience, either as a customer or a supplier. Creativity, innovation and able to apply expertise and technology. Change and Improvement Management experience. Ability to leverage AI tools and design-thinking mindset to simplify processes, generate insights, and drive innovative solutions Local laws and regulation knowledge Fluency in English Language.
