A leading shared services organisation within the education sector is seeking an experienced and strategic Source to Pay Manager to lead and optimise the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable functions at Group Head Office.This critical role will oversee the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, ensuring operational excellence, cost-efficiency, and governance across the groups entities.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, integrating strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and accounts payable.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the groups objectives and compliance frameworks.
• Manage vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, supplier relationships, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, IT, and business units to streamline procurement and payment workflows.
• Implement and optimise systems, tools, and automation to drive process efficiencies and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and procurement policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, procurement, and AP to support organisational growth and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with:

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement
• 5+ years in accounts payable management within a complex, multi-entity environment
• Honours Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
• Deep understanding of procurement governance, vendor management, and AP best practices
• Experience working in a shared services or centralised finance environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of process improvement, cost optimisation, and system implementation
